From the moment we stopped outside the main entrance to the hotel we were dismayed at the odour of stale smoke emanating from the doorway. This most unpleasant smell was present throughout all public areas of the hotel. After leaving the hotel our clothes retained the odour of stale smoke; an unwanted reminder of our stay. We understand that in Austria smoking is still permitted in public areas in hotels. This separates Austria from the vast majority of first world countries and may be discouraging tourists from staying here.

The location in the valley provided a picturesque panorama view of towering mountains, creating a truly unforgettable experience. The spacious room was well-designed and the splendid balcony allowed me to soak in the captivating scenery. The hotel's top-notch amenities impressed me, particularly the luxurious spa area. The Panorama sauna, with its floor-to-ceiling picture window overlooking the mountains, was the nicest sauna I've ever encountered. The friendly and helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable.

We loved the spacious and well-planned rooms with a splendid balcony and breathtaking mountain view. The location was perfect for cross-country skiing trails, and the hotel staff was helpful and pleasant.
